    CORRUGATED PANELS

    The ceiling and wall panels are in accordance with Food Codex Regulation and produced in 3 different categories in terms of surface types. 

    POLY: These panels have 0.50 mm thick galvanized sheet on their interior and exterior surfaces, and polyester based paint in the color of RAL 9002. 

    PVC: These panels have 0.50 mm thick galvanized sheet on their interior and exterior surfaces and 120 μ antibacterial PVC coating. 

    CRNI: These panels have 0.50 mm thick sheet on their interior and exterior surfaces and first class grade 304 stainless steel is used. 

    The panels are corrugated (channelled) on the surface. 

    Panels have a lock system (pulling and locking specification) and chrome material is used in the lock system. 

    Panels are locked into each other with male and female joints. 

    Panels are produced with a polyurethane filling between two sheets with a density of 40 kg / m³ (+2)

    Wall panels are produced with special flanges (notched) in order to ensure complete impearmeability. 

    Panels are produced in 1110 mm width as a standard and can be produced in a length of 13.50 meters, if required by the project. All panel surfaces are delivered with a protective film to be removed during assembly.

     Panels are produced in 50 mm - 60 mm - 80 mm - 100 mm - 120 mm - 150 mm - 180 mm - 200 mm thickness.

    Honeycomb, non-slip PLYWOOD is used on the top surface of the panels as a standard. 

    CRNI can be applied on the PLYWOOD, if required. 

    Panels have a load bearing capacity of 2.000 kg / m². 

    Panels have a lock system (pulling and locking specification) and chrome material is used in the lock system. 

    Panels are produced with a polyurethane filling between two sheets with a density of 40 kg / m³ (+2). 

    Panels are produced in 1110 mm width as a standard and can be produced in a length of 8,00 meters maximum. 

    Panels are produced in 50 mm - 60 mm - 80 mm - 100 mm - 120 mm - 150 mm - 180 mm - 200 mm thickness.
